Shipping & Returns



How much is shipping ?

All our shipping is tracked and we currently offer the following flat rates* :

£4 UK Tracked Shipping - delivery aim of 3 days
£7 UK Next Day Delivery - orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery
£14 Europe Tracked & Signed ** - delivery aim of 5 days
£19 International (Rest of the World ** ) Tracked & Signed - delivery aim of 7 days

After placing my order, when will it be shipped out ?

Please allow 1-2 days for your oder to be shipped. Orders are not shipped over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. For Next Day delivery, make sure to place your order before 1PM, so that we ship it out immediately.

Do I have to pay for customs on my order ?

Yes, you are responsible for paying any customs tax in your country, where applicable. If you do not pay the customs tax and the order is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund, as we only do store credit. If the item is lost upon return, due to you refusing to pay customs in your country, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We currently do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of you receiving your order on all unworn items, excluding sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.

What if my order was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

What if my order is lost ?

All orders are tracked but in the event that your order is lost, please get in touch with us and provide your tracking number. We will help you get in touch with Royal Mail in regards to finding the item. However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail in the UK or your country’s postal service.

How do I return my order for an exchange / store credit ?

Contact us via email and we will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Make sure you return an item using tracked shipping (and provide us proof of the tracked shipping) because you will be responsible for any lost items that are being returned.

**Europe - we currently ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Italy, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Finland, France, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Spain, Switzerland and Slovakia.

***Rest of The World - we currently only ship to the following countries outside the UK and EU : USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Russian Federation, South Korea and Japan.
