Shipping + Returns
We currently use Royal Mail to ship and these are our flat rates for the following regions:
UK Signed For Tracked £4 - delivery aim 3 days
UK Next Day Tracked £7 - delivery aim 1 day (order before 1PM)
Europe Tracked Signature £14 - delivery aim 5 days
Rest of the World Tracked Signature £16 - delivery aim 7 -10 days
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order before we ship it out. For UK Next Day delivery, make sure to order before 1PM so that we process and ship out your order the same day.

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Canada, USA, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Russian Federation, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The customer is responsible for paying any customs tax in their country of residence, where the item is being shipped to. If you do not pay customs tax and the item is returned back to us, you will not get credit back for the shipping cost, only the cost of the item. If you do not pay customs tax and the item gets lost in transit when being sent back to us, you will not receive a refund or store credit.
As we are a small brand, we currently do not offer refunds. We sell vintage items, which we quality check thoroughly, therefore, you should make a purchase knowing that you are happy with the condition of the item, as it is one-of-a-kind. We accept returns on item(s) for exchange / store credit with all original tags attached made within 7 days of you receiving the item(s). This means, when you sign for and receive your item, you then have 7 days to ship it back for exchange or store credit. Any returns posted back to Vintage Assembly more than 7 days of you receiving the item, will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as a final sale.
The customer is responsible for shipping back the item to Vintage Assembly and must ensure there is tracked proof of postage. If the customer does not send the item back tracked and it gets lost in the post, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
