SHIPPING

We currently use Royal Mail to ship and these are our flat rates for the following regions:

UK Signed For Tracked £4.50 - delivery aim 3 days

UK Next Day Tracked £8 - delivery aim 1 day (order before 1PM)

Europe Tracked Signature £16 - delivery aim 5 days

Rest of the World Tracked Signature £20 - delivery aim 7 -10 days

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order before we ship it out. For UK Next Day delivery, make sure to order before 1PM so that we process and ship out your order the same day.

WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES ONLY :

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Canada, USA, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

* It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Vintage Assembly with the correct shipping address / details when making a purchase. If the customer provides Vintage Assembly with incorrect or incomplete shipping information, and the package gets lost, the customer is responsible for the loss and any charges incurred by this action.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The customer is responsible for paying any customs tax in their country of residence, where the item is being shipped to. If the customer does not pay customs tax and the item is returned back to us, there will be no refund issued. The customer will have to pay again for the item to be shipped back out. If the customer does not pay customs tax and the item gets lost in transit when being sent back to us, the customer will not receive a refund or store credit. Instead, the customer will have to contact the shipping provider responsible for the loss of the item, for compensation.

REFUND POLICY

As we are a small brand, we currently do not offer refunds. We sell vintage items, which we quality check thoroughly, therefore, the customer should make a purchase knowing that they are happy with the condition of the item, as it is one-of-a-kind.

RETURNS

As we sell one-of-a-kind vintage that has been carefully checked, we do not accept returns. Any returns posted back to Vintage Assembly, will not be accepted. The customer will then be responsible for shipping costs to send the items out again.

If the customer sends back an item(s) untracked and it gets lost or damaged by the shipping provider, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Item(s) that come back used, washed, or damaged will also not be refunded and will be sent back to the address listed on the customer’s order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

ALL PRE-LOVED DESIGNER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

We do not accept exchanges, store credit or refunds on pre-loved designer items, as they are one-of-a-kind and are final sale.

ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

We do no accept returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit on discounted items as they are final sale.
